Unlike traditional linear note-taking apps, Odinote allows you to embed boards, lists, columns, and sub-canvases recursively. You can double-click any board node to enter a whole new canvas, creating an infinite tree of ideas without cluttering your desktop.

The desktop version uses Electron's local storage which is completely isolated on your machine, making it completely private and offline-first.
